I fully support the idea of equality women-men in management positions.
Management shall be understood as well as management of corporations than management of political institutions.
To participate effectively in this approach, i created a new concept : neither patriarchy nor matriarchy but ISOARCHY( ISOARCAT in french).
ISOARCAT (ISOARCHY) is a concept of equality of power between women and men and also equal opportunities to achieve this power-sharing.

Je soutiens pleinement l'idée de l'égalité femmes-hommes dans les postes de management.
"Management" devant être compris tant en management des sociétés qu'en management d'institutions politiques.
Pour contribuer efficacement à cette approche, j'ai imaginé un nouveau concept :
