Continuous analysis of an organization.

What about an organization that, while it is expected to produce red spheres, fails to produce than green tetrahedrons?
What about of an organization which spends all its energy to improving the production of green color so that it does not conform to the specifications of the product?
What about this organization that spends its time measuring angles in radians of their product, or to invent the tools to do it, so it should make red spheres?

A good manager should always ask: all I'm doing must be effectively and totally made to achieve the original target.
